Le taux neutre ne tient pas compte de la situation familiale du salari\u00e9 ou de ses autres revenus. Ainsi le taux appliqu\u00e9 correspond aux revenus d&rsquo;un\u00a0c\u00e9libataire sans enfant.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Constantes de paie 2021<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les constantes suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 revaloris\u00e9es :<br \/>\n&#8211; Le montant du SMIC horaire : 10.25\u20ac<br \/>\n&#8211; Le seuil d\u2019exon\u00e9ration CPA \/ CFA : 1554.58\u20ac<\/p>\n<p>Nota: Pour les avantages en nature de nourriture, la rubrique a \u00e9t\u00e9 revaloris\u00e9e \u00e0 4.95\u20ac<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le reclassement Octobre 2020 \u2013 Janvier 2021<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Octobre 2020, Reclassement du cadre d\u2019emploi des techniciens param\u00e9dicaux territoriaux :<br \/>\nLe reclassement de grades doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 manuellement car il est impossible de savoir si l\u2019agent int\u00e8gre les nouveaux cadres d\u2019emplois ci-dessous :<br \/>\n&#8211; Cadre d\u2019emplois des p\u00e9dicures-podologues, ergoth\u00e9rapeutes, orthoptistes et manipulateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9lectroradiologie m\u00e9dicale territoriaux ;<br \/>\n&#8211; Cadre d\u2019emplois des masseurs-kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes, psychomotriciens et orthophonistes territoriaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les 4 d\u00e9crets du 25 \/ 09 \/ 2020 qui cr\u00e9ent ces nouveaux cadres d\u2019emplois, pr\u00e9voient l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration automatique des agents de ces sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s relevant actuellement du cadre d&#8217;emplois des techniciens param\u00e9dicaux territoriaux, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception des personnels en cat\u00e9gorie active qui, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un droit d&rsquo;option individuel, pourront faire le choix de demeurer dans leur cadre d&#8217;emplois d&rsquo;origine pour conserver leurs modalit\u00e9s actuelles de d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre du protocole PPCR, de nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte dans le logiciel pour le reclassement de grades au 1er janvier 2021.<br \/>\nDans le cadre d\u2019emploi : Assistants territoriaux socio-\u00e9ducatifs les grades Assistant Socio-Educatif de 1\u00e8re et 2\u00e8me classes sont reclass\u00e9s sur le grade Assistant Socio-Educatif<br \/>\nDans le cadre d\u2019emploi : Educateurs territoriaux de jeunes enfants les grades Educateur de Jeunes Enfants de 1\u00e8re et 2\u00e8me classes sont reclass\u00e9s sur le grade Educateur de Jeunes Enfants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le reclassement indiciaire du 1er janvier 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La revalorisation de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 compensatrice de hausse de la CSG<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La fin de la suspension des cotisations part patronale CNFPT<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first avia-builder-el-1 el_after_av_heading el_before_av_one_full \">\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \">\n<div class=\"avia_textblock \">\n<p><strong>Les collectivit\u00e9s\u00a0en mode h\u00e9berg\u00e9\u00a0<em>( mode SAAS )<\/em>\u00a0ne sont pas concern\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>par les \u00e9tapes 1 et 2<\/strong>, il leur faut aller directement \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9tape 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='av_section_1'  class='avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-shadow  avia-full-contain avia-bg-style-fixed  avia-builder-el-1  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_one_full   container_wrap fullsize' style='background-repeat: no-repeat;
